Digital Registration: Music Tuition Terms & Conditions

This form serves as an agreement between the Parent/guardian/ and the institute. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to abide by the rules and regulations of this institute.

• Section 1: Scheduling & Environment
• Home Requirements: A parent or legal guardian (18+) must be present in the home for the duration of every lesson.
• Space: Please provide a quiet, distraction-free environment and a functional, tuned instrument.
• Arrival Window: Please allow a 10-minute grace period for the teacher’s arrival to account for local traffic. If the teacher is late, the full lesson time will be honored.
• Section 2: Payment & Fees
• All fees are paid in advance and are non refundable. Once the fees are paid, classes will be completed.
• Billing Cycle: Payments are due on the 8th class of each student.
• Materials: Costs for books, sheet music, and instrument accessories are the responsibility of the parent.
• Section 3: Cancellations & Make-Ups
• 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a make-up lesson.
• Late Cancellations: Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice (including for non-emergency illness) are non-refundable and will not be made up.
• Teacher Absence: If the teacher cancels, a make-up will be scheduled at your convenience.
• Illness Policy: If the student has a fever or contagious illness, please notify the teacher. We can switch to a virtual lesson at the scheduled time to avoid a missed session or we can schedule a lesson for another day after the student recovers.
• Section 4: Safety & Liability
• Child Safety: The teacher maintains a valid background check done by the institute.
• Liability Waiver: The parent/guardian agrees to indemnify and hold the teacher harmless from any claims of injury or property damage occurring on the premises during the lesson.
• Section 5: Withdrawal
• Notice Period: A one month notice is required to discontinue lessons. If notice is not provided, the final month’s tuition remains payable.
• Appointments with the institute: Parents desiring to discuss anything related to their child must book prior appointment and the management will fix the date and time for the same taking into consideration the availability of both the staff as well as the parent.
• Any issues/feedbacks can be addressed in writing or you may come to meet us at our office
• Office timings are from 16:00hrs. to 20:00 hrs. from Monday to Friday and Saturday 9:00 to 12:00 noon.
